Australian Executive Apartments & Hotels have 2 buildings in Sydney and 1 in Robertson, Southern Highlands. We are the operators and not just a booking agent.

We will look after you when you arrive and for the duration of your accommodation at:

  • The Coogee View , beachfront Serviced Apartments at Coogee Beach.
  • The Airport Suites – serviced apartments at Mascot near Sydney Airport
  • The Robertson Hotel - Southern Highlands most iconic accommodation hotel, destination weddings and exclusive conferences.

What is our check-in/check-out time for serviced apartments at Coogee View and Airport?
Check-in or arrival is 2.00pm unless otherwise arranged. Check-out or departure is 10.00am unless otherwise arranged. Later check-out is permitted on a time cost basis for your convenience. 

What are the concierge or business hours for key pickup at serviced apartment buildings?
Generally between 9am and 5pm and after hours by arrangement. Some buildings have a concierge desk that is available till late and on weekends.

AEA The Coogee View:Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm)
AEA Sydney Airport:Monday to Friday (11am – 7pm)
The Robertson Hotel:Friday and Saturday (9am to 8pm)

For key collection and check-in before or after these times call our reservations at least 1 business day before arrival on + 61 2 9315 8388 for special arrangement to pick up keys. You will be requested to send a clear photo copy of your Photo ID and Credit card used for the booking, and sign the rego form before getting the before/after hours procedures.

Is extra servicing and cleaning available?
Serviced Apartments at Coogee and Airport are serviced on the 8th Day of a stay. Additional servicing can be arranged at an extra charge during the week days only.

What is our cancellation policy?
A minimum of 14 days notice (received in writing/email) for all cancellations/alterations is required. Where less than 14 days notice is provided a 30% cancellation fee will apply. Where less than 7 days notice is provided the full deposit will be forfeited.

What is our payment policy?
50% at time of booking. Full payment is required 28 days prior to arrival. Full payment is required at the time of booking for stays within 28 days of booking.

Do the apartments have air conditioning and central heating?
All apartments are air conditioned with reverse cycle heating.

What are the security features in the buildings?

All our apartments are in security buildings with lift access security and entrance security. All buildings have surveillance cameras installed.

Are parking spaces available?
Most of our properties provide security parking. Please let us know if you need a car space; there may be an additional charge for parking at some properties.

Is Internet access available in the apartments?

Internet access is available through the phone line or via broadband, depending on availability in the building. 

Is there cable/satellite/pay TV provided?

Foxtel is provided free of charge to tenants in all AEA apartments.
